Taxes Made Simple Staff
Cindy:
She started her accounting career in 1997 and continues to focus on accounting needs of individuals and businesses. Her tenure in accounting helps her adapt to the changing laws and various tax regulations. Cindy's specialties include Individual and Corporate Tax Preparation, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Payroll, QuickBooks, Notary, and various Consulting Services.
She has earned her bachelor degree in accounting from the University of Akron and attends >50 hours of continuing education yearly to maintain the changing tax and accounting regulations.
Cindy and her husband, Bill, live in Uniontown, with their three children. Outside of the office, Cindy is in the U.S. Army Reserves (21 yrs. total) and is active with her Church. In her free time, Cindy enjoys relaxing with her family, watching movies, and outdoor activities.

Bill:
He started his accounting career in 2004 with bookkeeping. He helps around the office with Notary, Bookkeeping, Answering phones, and Office maintenance.
He has earned his bachelor degree from Kent State University and his masters degree from the National University.
He is in the Ohio Army National Guard (21 yrs. total) and also is active with his Church. In his free time, Bill enjoys outdoor activities and camping.

Trisha:
She holds a position as a Bookkeeper. She has over 15 ears in the accounting field. Her specialties include QuickBooks, Accounts Payable, and Account Reconcilliation. She is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor as well as certified in QuickBooks Online v13.
In 2011 her and her husband relocated from Louisiana with their 3 children and 2 dogs. She enjoys watching her children play sports and family BBQ's.

Shannon:
She holds a position as a Bookkeeper. Her specialties include QuickBooks, bookkeeping, various account reconciliations, and file organization.
She graduated from Fortis College with an Associate Degree in Accounting. During her free time, she coaches Junior Olympic volleyball in the winter/spring and coaches 8th grade volleyball in the fall.
She enjoys reading, sleeping, and watching movies during the little spare time she has. She has one cat named ZuZu; well Zuzu pretty much owns her.

Brittany:
She holds a position as the Front Desk Secretary, Receptionist, and Paraprofessional. Her specialties include office management, customer service, and general office assistance.
She is currently attending DeVry University working toward her Bachelors in Human Resources, with a goal of graduating with honors.
Her and her husband have one daughter. In her spare time, she volenteers as a youth leader and spends time with her family.
